New Students

  • I’m completely new to Hot Yoga. Where do I begin?
    • Check out our Tips & Etiquette page to learn how to prepare for class, what to bring, and what is expected inside the studio. We offer a New Student $39 Unlimited 30-day Intro Special so you can figure out how hot yoga fits into your life. Once your intro is finished, we have some great deals available in-studio only to help you sustain your practice going forward. Inquire at the front desk!
  • When should I arrive to class?
    • The studio is open 30 minutes before the scheduled class start time and 30 minutes after class ends. Doors lock promptly at the scheduled class time. If it’s your first time to the studio, arrive at least 15 minutes early to allow for paperwork, orientation and getting settled.
  • I am having trouble with online booking or payments (Mindbody Online).
    • That’s okay! Take look at our schedule and decide which class you’d like to attend. Arrive to the studio at least 15 minutes prior to the start time so that we can help you set up your account.
  • Is there a minimum age to attend class?
    • Adults age 18 and over are welcome.
    • Minors age 16-17 are welcome with parental consent. Send a request to [email protected] PRIOR to booking your first class so we can ensure the appropriate forms are filled out before you visit us.
    • Children under the age of 16 are not admitted to our classes. If you think your child is an exception to this please feel free to message us about it for further consideration.

Current Members

  • I am having financial troubles. What are my options?
    • Hot Yoga is about self-care. Please don’t let billing issues create stress. Send an email to [email protected] and we will see if it’s possible to offer temporary assistance.
  • Do I need to sign up for class in advance? Will I be charged if I don’t show up?
    • If you have a membership with us, you do not need to book your class in advance. If you reserve a space and don’t show up, you will not be charged a fee or lose a credit, we will simply remove you from the roster.
    • If you are booking through ClassPass, your ability to reserve or cancel a class is subject to the requirements, restrictions and penalties of that platform. ClassPass reservations cannot be transferred to another Hot Yoga Renton class. Hot Yoga Renton does not control ClassPass reservations including signups, cancellations, transfers or fees.
  • I’d like to bring my child to practice with me – is that allowed?
    • Adults age 18 and over are welcome.

  • Can I bring my child to wait in the lobby while I practice?
    • No. Unfortunately we are unable to provide appropriate supervision for children and we cannot allow children to be unattended in our studio while their parent takes class. Please choose a class time when you have childcare available.
  • How do I cancel my membership?
    • If you need to cancel your membership, please email [email protected] for more assistance or fill out the contact form above. Cancellation must be done in writing via email.

Return Policy

All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days if they are unopened and otherwise undamaged; a refund to the original payment method will incur a $25 administrative fee, or the full amount will be given as studio credit.

Defective items may be returned for studio credit or exchanged.

Perishable items such as food and drink, and items that have been opened and/or used are not eligible for return.

Please save the email receipt from your purchase to ensure a smooth return.

Parking Information

  • Students parking in the 222 Williams Ave S lot must display a valid parking pass on their windshield or dashboard. The pass must be visible from the outside of the vehicle.
  • Students may park in the 222 Williams Ave S lot only while they are attending class at Hot Yoga Renton. If you have other business in the downtown area before or after class, please move your vehicle to street parking or the Transit Center to keep the lot open for students attending other classes.
  • Students may NOT park in spots labeled “CT” between the hours of 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday through Friday. These spots are reserved for our downstairs neighbors.
  • Students must comply with any and all additional parking signage.
  • Any deviation from these policies puts the student’s vehicle at risk of being towed. Hot Yoga Renton is not liable for any fees, time lost, or other damages due to failure to comply with these policies.
